The Designer shall provide consultation services for the Project as described in this Agreement in a manner consistent with the Design Institute of The British Interior Designers Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.

1. You must be 18 years of age to use this service.

2. All Claire Moriarty Interiors services are non-refundable.

3. Clients are responsible for confirming the accuracy and completeness of any information that is provided to Claire Moriarty Interiors. 

4. Claire Moriarty Interiors are an online decorating consultation service only.  All recommendations are regarded as suggestions to improve the aesthetic of your space and are not intended for construction services.

5. Floor plan measurements and details are for illustration purposes only, and as such, the floor plan or any related materials that illustrate the arrangement or placement of recommended items is intended to be used solely as a rough sketch in order to demonstrate the suggested placement or arrangement of recommended items.

6. All objects depicted in floor plans or any related materials that illustrate the arrangement or placement of recommended items will be chosen as an “approximate match” to represent those pieces that have been noted in the shopping lists.  Colours, sizes and other details may not be exact.

7. Design work will only start upon payment of fees and Client Questionnaire.

8. Claire Moriarty Interiors' operating hours are Monday- Thursday 9am - 4pm. 

9. Claire Moriarty Interiors will not be responsible for the means, methods or procedures of the construction, fabrication, delivery & installation, or safety precautions in connections with the Claire Moriarty Interiors; for the acts or omissions of the contractor or any subcontractor, supplier, or any other person performing the work on the Claire Moriarty Interiors project; or, for any failure of them to meet any schedules or completion dates.

10. Product sourcing is limited to UK.

11. In the event that you have a space that is a combination-use room (i.e. living room/dining room combination), payment will be for the number of spaces combined.

12. Two design revisions are included in every Claire Moriarty Interiors package. Additional revisions beyond those included are available at additional cost to be agreed upon in writing between Claire Moriarty Interiors and the Client.

13. Claire Moriarty Interiors cannot guarantee the prices or long-term availability of merchandise listed in a Client's product shopping list.

14. Claire Moriarty Interiors cannot be held responsible for arranging repairs, replacement or freight claims for purchases made in conjunction with recommendations for e-design project. 

15. We shall have the right to document the project notes, boards and photos, which may be used for portfolio, blog, public display and similar publicity purposes. Your name and location may be used in connection with the documentation unless specified to the contrary. All documentation used on our behalf shall be paid by us. In addition, if you apply the tips and suggestions given and document these changes, we shall be given credit as the consultant for the project if your documentation is released to the public.

16. The shopping list will include links to other websites that are not maintained or controlled by us ("linked sites"). While we may receive payment from companies whose products we endorse or recommend, we expressly disclaim any responsibility for the content, copyright compliance, accuracy of information and/or quality of goods or services provided by or advertised on any linked sites, and in no event shall we be held responsible or directly or indirectly liable for any loss or damage caused or alleged to have been cause din connection with the use of or reliance on any content, goods or services available on any linked sites.

17. Claire Moriarty Interiors strives for the most comfortable, enjoyable, and transparent design experience possible. We require open communication and honest feedback.
